The Return & Refund Policy of the Federation of Indian Economic Affairs (FIEA) applies to all memberships, courses, programs, and activities conducted by FIEA. By registering as a member or enrolling in any course or program, the individual agrees to the terms of this policy. Web Membership is completely free and does not involve any payment, therefore no refund is applicable for this category. The Annual Subscription Membership fee is ₹1,100 (or as reflected on portal, which decided by executive board) and is valid for one year from the date of subscription. This fee is strictly non-refundable and the membership is non-transferable. The Elite Club Membership fee is ₹2,500  (or as reflected on portal, which decided by executive board) and is valid for one year from the date of subscription. This fee is also strictly non-refundable and the membership is non-transferable.

Members are responsible for providing accurate and complete details during the registration process. FIEA will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the member, and no refund will be issued in such cases. All course and program fees are governed by the respective course terms and conditions. Fees paid for any course, program, training, workshop, or seminar are strictly non-refundable. Access to course content and benefits will be available only as per the course-specific conditions and validity period, and course enrollments are non-transferable.

Certificates will be issued only in the name recorded in FIEA’s membership or registration database, and it is the member’s responsibility to ensure the correctness of their name at the time of registration. Name changes or certificate corrections may not be allowed unless specifically permitted under the respective course policy. Payments successfully processed for memberships or courses will not be reversed or refunded. In case of a technical payment error where the amount is deducted but registration or access is not granted, the member must provide valid transaction proof, and the issue will be resolved after verification with the payment gateway. This applies only to failed or incomplete transactions, not to valid payments.

Chargebacks are not permitted once membership activation or course access has been granted, and members are advised to clarify all doubts before making payment. FIEA reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior notice, and the latest version published on the official website will be considered final and binding.
